Sports Massage

Fred will work on your specific issues, he will manipulate the soft tissues (muscle, tendon, fascia) in order to help recovery from injury or excessive exercise and prevent other injuries such as sprains and strains. 

He might do some manipulations to find out your range of movement and try and improve it when possible.

Sports massage is recommended before and after exercise to prepare and energise or to sooth and restore the muscle fibres.
